Please sort your items by service and put a note in each bag. Here’s what we need: 1. Separate your items by service. Dry cleaning in one bag, wash & fold (WDF) in another. If you’re using both services, that means two bags — please don’t combine them. 2. Put a note inside each bag. On a sticky note or slip of paper, write your name, your phone number, and the service — “Dry Cleaning” or “WDF.” Place the note inside the bag with your clothes so it doesn’t get lost in transit. 3. Use whatever bag you have on hand. For your first pickup, any bag works — a trash bag, a tote, a laundry sack. Nothing special required. 4. Check your pockets and set your bags out at your pickup spot before your scheduled window.
