Schedule a pickup online in under a minute. Leave your bag out on your scheduled day — we pick it up without any interaction needed. Your order is cleaned, steam-finished, and delivered back to your door in 2 business days.

What is the order minimum?

Washbox has a 5-piece minimum on all orders. Shirts, dry cleaning, wash-dry-fold, alterations, and bedding all count toward the minimum. Orders under 5 pieces are assessed a $10 delivery fee.

Standard dry cleaning and laundry orders are returned in 2 business days. Alterations take 5 to 7 business days.

Yes. Washbox cleans with Kreussler K4, a plant-based, PERC-free dry cleaning solvent derived from natural distillation byproducts. It's professional-grade, biodegradable, and better for both your clothes and the environment.

Yes — Washbox is typically 30% below the Seattle market average for dry cleaning. We keep costs lower by operating without storefronts or counter staff, running route-based delivery, and standardizing our finishing to steam (rather than hand pressing). The cleaning process itself is identical to any top dry cleaner.
